HRIS-2 Story: Transforming Automation Status

I became acquainted with Zakir's brother, who oversees an 800-employee factory. Initially, the attendance system relied on biometric devices, followed by data transfer to Excel. However, this process involved meticulous error-checking and manual alignment of leave data with Excel records to prepare for payroll, causing considerable stress and frequent errors in the monthly cycle.

In response, I proposed implementing our HRIS Solution to Zakir Bhai, which he enthusiastically embraced. With the successful integration of HRIS in their factory, employees now simply input their biometrics and request leave through a streamlined approval system. Consequently, the system autonomously generates timesheets and monthly time cards. Moreover, it automates payroll generation based on master data.

The systematic storage of past and present data, including personal and educational information, is a remarkable addition. Accessing comprehensive employee profiles with a single click has streamlined operations significantly, leaving Zakir's brother delighted. The staff operations have transitioned to an automated system, and we remain dedicated to enhancing our HRIS continually.

Allow me to share an insightful encounter with the HRM of a large company in our country. They manage around 10,000 employees and rely on an HRM System for attendance management. However, their monthly process involves importing attendance data into Excel, subsequent validation, and exporting it to another software for payroll generation.

Managing payroll with this extensive process and data volume proves to be a recurring challenge, necessitating monthly attention. Embracing automation warrants a shift away from Excel dependence towards an integrated software system to truly reap its benefits.

Wishing success to all, including Janki's brother, in their endeavors towards streamlined operations and automated efficiency.
